About Cornerstone Workplace Psychology

Real Questions. Real Wisdom. Real Harmony.

At Cornerstone Workplace Psychology, we believe that people are the foundation of every thriving organization. When leaders grow, teams communicate, and workplaces cultivate harmony, everything changes — performance, morale, and lives.

Cornerstone Workplace Psychology was founded by Dr. Len Chatman Sr., a psychologist whose work blends evidence‑based practice with decades of leadership experience across the military, education, ministry, and global resilience training.

Dr. Chatman spent more than 20 years in ministry, guiding individuals, couples, and families through seasons of growth, conflict, transition, and restoration. He also led international marriage and family workshops and directed a global program titled “The Art of Living with Multiple Sclerosis,” a resilience‑building initiative supporting individuals and families navigating complex life challenges.

These experiences—combined with his background in Industrial‑Organizational Psychology—give Cornerstone Workplace Psychology a uniquely human-centered and practical approach to strengthening workplace culture. Dr. Chatman helps leaders and teams transform how they work, communicate, and collaborate using strategies grounded in research, empathy, clarity, and lived experience.
